If you’re looking to create an agreement between two parties for a parking space, then you’ve came to the correct place.
Our parking space agreement form is set up for everyone. For example – maybe you are leaving your work temporarily to work in another office, and don’t want to give up your parking space? Well then you rent it out to someone else for a period of time. However due to any potential issues, it’s recommended you get a written and signed agreement like this for it.
Or you may be a landlord of a house or apartment, and wish to set up separate parking agreements for your tenants. That’s completely understandable – you may not want them to be in breach of their rental agreement just because they violated a parking rule for example – so you can create a separate agreement for that.
EIther way – our Parking Space Agreement has you covered.
The first thing you do is enter your information. In this scenario, you are the landlord. Next, you enter the tenants information – the person(s) that are renting the parking space or spaces. We have set it up for multiple tenants in case there are multiple parking spaces available. This is something we added on request when landlords would note that multiple family members living under one property were requesting multiple parking spaces.
Next you provide information about the parking space. Alongside the address and location of it, you may wish to add details like a number – in case it is a numbered parking lot with each parking space allocated a certain number.
Next you get to set the agreement type. As you’ll see above it’s set up as both a lease agreement and rental agreement. If you don’t know how long it will be and want to set up a rolling contract then our form will allow you to do that – and if it is a specific amount of time then you can set that.
Next is the rent details. You set when they will pay rent, and then the amount of rent, as well as payment methods that you accept and then when they actually pay the rent.
You may also wish to specify details in regard to what happens if there is issues. For example if there is a penalty for late rent payments, or if there is a bounced check then what happens there. Also if you or the tenant want to cancel the agreement then we allow that option to set the amount of days. Finally under the payment section, you can note whether or not they are making a security deposit.
We should also note that all of this is highly editable. Once it’s completed you can download the Parking Space Agreement in RTF format which opens in Microsoft Word – so you could delete all sections about rent if you don’t want to go into that much detail.
Finally, if you want to set any limitations in regard to what can be actually parked in the space you can do that, then anything else you wish to add you can do that which offers you maximum customization.
If you click “Create My Agreement” you will get to see a parking space agreement blank template, or an actual template if you filled in information.
